Vintage 90's black sheer short sleeve blouse. She's moody, she's romantic, she's fashion! This blouse is all about the sheer, delicate velvet flocked polka-dot fabric. The front of the top has two layers, the outer polka-dot fabric and a very sheer liner. Buttons down the front with mother of the bride-esque rhinestone buttons. Well laundered and ready to wear. No tags. The neck was damaged so we added a black binding to the edge to fix it, but it sticks out a little bit, see photos. Well laundered and ready to wear.
